Today am 5.1 and 5.3,hopeful motivated and thankful, even though i have a day off today and could have just stayed in bed or lazed around all day which was so tempting but i felt determined not to waste the day and try make most of it and start the week as i hope it to continue, got work next seven days in a row so really did not want to waste the day. Got a list of things to do in my head like go to library and gym will be ticking them off as the day goes on.
I have a few emotions that I feel constantly for eg. 1.1 and 1.2 (frightened and worried) because I am a constant worrier. However I am working on this. What was interesting was that even though I continue to experience the above, during the past week I felt a different emotion on each day. For eg. on Monday I was 5.1(hopeful and motivated) and on Tuesday I felt 2.2 (disrespected). These were due to two different encounters. This chart is quite simplistic yet quite relatable.
Recently i would say 1.2 and 4.4.
1.2 worried anxious and fearful because it feels like there's just one thing after another and as soon as things getting better something comes up to set you back, now its like expecting whats going to go wrong next, when things are going smoothly its like a worry this is not normal. 4.4 powerless despair and sad, thinking will this cycle ever end, can i just be happy for a long time in a row as in months and months continously without something happening to ruin it.
